To ensure you can make the most of your warranty, please keep your sales receipt as proof of purchase. This document should clearly state the purchase date and the product name.

In the unlikely event that your microphone develops a defect due to improper materials or workmanship within the warranty period, our dedicated team at Nevaton microphones will repair or replace the product or its defective parts free of charge.

To make a warranty claim, simply contact us, or your local Nevaton dealer with your proof of purchase. We will verify your purchase and assist you with the repair or replacement process.

What is Not Covered by the Warranty

To ensure transparency, we want to clarify what is not covered under this warranty. The following issues are excluded:

  • Faults due to force majeure (unforeseeable circumstances such as natural disasters).
  • Faults resulting from improper use, such as operating errors, mechanical damage.
  • Faults due to normal wear and tear.
  • Any modifications made to the Nevaton microphone by you or a third party, unless Nevaton has given prior written consent for the modification.
  • Faults that were already present and known to the purchaser at the time of purchase.
